01 / ESTABLISH
Set up the foundation.
Confirm the agreed environment, platform configuration and access boundaries.
Enterprise knowledge. Put to work.
Trilivy.AI is an enterprise AI platform that prepares and governs your company’s knowledge, then makes it available to employees, applications and AI agents.
Stop rebuilding the foundations of every AI initiative. Trilivy brings the platform, tooling, integration interfaces, methodology and training together—so your Certified Partner can move straight to applying them to your data, your environment and your business priorities.
Trilivy.AI compounds with your LLM providers, agent vendors, integrators and consulting partners. It does not replace them—it makes them more valuable.
Platform-First is the doctrine. Trilivy is the ready platform. Jumpstart turns readiness into deployment momentum.
Jumpstart / Ready to put enterprise AI to work
Jumpstart means you begin with the platform already built and its capabilities connected. Your Certified Partner moves directly into configuring your environment, preparing your knowledge, putting retrieval to work and demonstrating a business use case. You start with a foundation to apply—not a platform to invent.
From setup to working capability. Software, tooling, integration interfaces, methodology and training come together in one coordinated launch. Each stage builds on what is already there, giving your team a working starting point and a clear path to expand.
01 / ESTABLISH
Confirm the agreed environment, platform configuration and access boundaries.
02 / CONNECT
Ingest selected content and configure its organization and access scope.
03 / CONFIGURE
Configure and review retrieval against the agreed knowledge and questions.
04 / DEMONSTRATE
Show an agreed conversational or integration scenario using the initial corpus.
05 / ENABLE
Review operation, transfer knowledge and define the next deployment priorities.
Jumpstart accelerates the path from platform to practical use by removing foundational assembly work. Your Certified Partner agrees the launch scope, prerequisites and acceptance criteria with you, then helps your team carry that momentum into broader deployment.
The cost of getting the foundation wrong
Poor data quality. Inadequate risk controls. Escalating costs. Unclear business value. These are reasons AI initiatives stall after the demonstration—and reasons to address the foundation before adding more tools.

Trilivy brings knowledge preparation, retrieval, access controls, integration and enablement into a shared platform. Jumpstart puts that platform to work against a defined business need.
Platform-First is the practical vaccine against fragmented AI. Trilivy makes it actionable.
The vaccine is an architectural metaphor: a foundation helps address preventable risks; outcomes also depend on business scope, data quality and execution. Gartner’s figures are separate forecasts, not additive failure rates or an endorsement of Trilivy.
From company knowledge to useful AI
A model can explain a general process. Your business needs answers grounded in its own procedures, information and access rules. Here are three ways to put that foundation to work.
01 / EMPLOYEES
Help people find and use information across policies, procedures, manuals and internal documentation through a conversational interface.
Example: An employee asks how a company procedure applies to their situation, using knowledge within their permitted scope.
02 / CUSTOMER OPERATIONS
Give service and operational teams access to the technical information and approved procedures they need to handle questions.
Example: A support specialist consults product documentation and troubleshooting knowledge while resolving an issue.
03 / APPLICATIONS & AGENTS
Make enterprise knowledge available programmatically to applications, workflows and agents through REST APIs and MCP.
Example: An existing agent retrieves relevant company procedures instead of relying only on the model’s general knowledge.
Illustrative scenarios. Each implementation is scoped around the customer’s data, access requirements and selected integrations.
The Trilivy.AI platform
Employees use company knowledge conversationally: asking questions, exploring information and deciding what to do. Applications and agents use it programmatically: requesting relevant knowledge as part of a workflow or business process.
Trilivy brings ingestion, knowledge management, retrieval and integration into one platform, so both can build on the same governed foundation.
01 / BRING IN
Documents, email archives, database content, websites and other supported sources.
02 / PREPARE & GOVERN
Ingestion, curation, retrieval and persona-scoped access. A shared foundation built around your company’s information.
03 / PUT TO WORK
Conversational experiences, REST APIs and MCP give different consumers access to the same underlying knowledge capability.
Ingest supported content, organize the corpus and manage knowledge quality. Make information ready for retrieval rather than simply collecting files.
Apply persona and confidentiality rules at query time. Configure retrieval around the information each audience is permitted to use.
Use the included conversational interface or integrate through APIs and MCP. Choose supported models and extend the platform as requirements evolve.
Proposal review: a real product walkthrough belongs here before publication—showing a source, a question, the resulting answer and the access rules involved. This draft does not present simulated output as product evidence.
Platform-First / A doctrine, not a product feature
Before you choose the next agent or build the next AI application, decide where your company’s intelligence will live, how it will be governed and how every initiative will use it.
Platform-First is an architectural doctrine: establish the shared knowledge, retrieval, governance and integration foundation that enterprise AI depends on. It applies whether you buy Trilivy, choose another platform or build with your own development team. When multiple applications and agents need company knowledge, that foundation is a strategic requirement—not an optional extra.
Adopt the doctrine regardless. Choose Trilivy to put it into practice without starting from zero.
The delivery model
Trilivy.AI is distributed exclusively through Certified System Integrators. Your partner leads the customer engagement—from discovery and sale through implementation, integration and long-term services.
Trilivy develops and maintains the platform. Our partners work with your organization to put it into practice. We do not compete with them for implementation or services.
Before you begin
Your LLM may be Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Meta AI, xAI Grok or another model or assistant. Your document system may be SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive or another repository. The principle is the same: a connection gives an AI tool access to documents. Access alone does not create an AI-ready company knowledge foundation.
For employees using AI conversationally, a direct connection may be enough to find, summarize and discuss documents. The requirement changes when applications, agents and automated workflows must use company knowledge programmatically, consistently and under defined access rules.
Trilivy compounds with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft or any other enterprise platform. These are powerful systems that work extremely well for the purposes they were designed to serve. Their applications, copilots and agents become more valuable when they can draw on trusted knowledge that extends beyond the boundaries of any one product or vendor.
Trilivy prepares, qualifies, governs and retrieves knowledge from supported sources, then makes that shared capability available to people, applications and agents. They can consume that knowledge through MCP, REST APIs or another inbound or outbound integration method they support. The governed knowledge corpus spans the enterprise and compounds with these systems instead of replacing them.
Instead of separately copying, curating and governing company knowledge inside every vendor platform, applications and agents can work from one reusable foundation. Each system continues doing what it does best while the company retains a consistent knowledge layer beneath them.
The decisive question is not simply, “Can our LLM open these files?” It is, “Do we have a maintained company knowledge foundation that every authorized employee, application and agent can use?”
Whether you adopt Trilivy Jumpstart or choose another implementation path, Platform-First remains the doctrine. In Trilivy’s view, it is a practical necessity for roughly 90% of serious enterprise AI deployments.
No. Trilivy.AI compounds with your LLM providers, agent vendors, integrators and consulting partners. It does not replace them—it makes them more valuable.
No. Define an initial knowledge domain, audience and use case with your partner. That gives the first deployment a clear scope and creates a foundation you can expand.
Jumpstart cannot begin as an IT installation. It must begin as a company commitment to build an enterprise AI capability.
C-level ownership is mandatory. A named executive sponsor must own the business priority, provide authority across departments, protect the necessary resources and remain accountable for the outcome. Enterprise AI cannot be delegated entirely to IT, a vendor or an innovation team.
A full-time senior AI Data Expert is mandatory. This person owns the knowledge process: identifying authoritative sources, resolving contradictions, retiring stale information, defining metadata and access rules, and continuously reviewing retrieval quality and answers. Trilivy accelerates this work; it does not remove the need for accountable human judgment.
The business outcome must be explicit. A named business or product owner must define the initial use case, the workflow being improved, the people or applications it serves, the expected business value and the acceptance criteria. “Deploy AI” is not a use case.
The operating team and decision rights must be clear. The Certified Partner leads implementation. Internal IT and security own infrastructure, identity, access and production approval. Business owners validate knowledge and outcomes. Everyone must know who decides, who operates, who approves and who remains responsible after launch.
The knowledge and governance boundaries must be agreed. Confirm the initial sources, confidentiality rules, user groups, regulatory constraints, permitted AI consumers and how incorrect, conflicting or obsolete information will be handled.
The commercial and operational boundaries must also be explicit. Separate the platform license, infrastructure, model consumption, professional services, ongoing curation, support and future expansion so there is no ambiguity about cost or responsibility.
Jumpstart provides the ready platform, method and deployment momentum. The customer must provide leadership, ownership, expertise and a real business objective. If those commitments are missing, the organization is not ready to start.
Your Certified System Integrator leads implementation and ongoing customer services. Trilivy maintains the platform technology. Your agreement should define support responsibilities, escalation and the role of your internal team.
