Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Trilivy.AI (“Trilivy.AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website at trilivy.ai, join the early-access list, or send us a support request (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the early-access list, answer support requests, and keep the Site safe from abuse.
| Category | Examples | Why we collect it |
|---|---|---|
| Early-access sign-up | Your email address. If you choose to tell us, also your company name and website, company size and revenue range, AI stage, technical team capacity, interests, and comments. | To confirm your email, send you the briefing when early access opens, and make that briefing relevant to you. |
| Email confirmation | When you open the confirmation link and when you confirm: the time, your IP address, and your browser type. | To verify that a real person confirmed the address, not an automated email scanner. |
| Support requests | Your name, email address, company, product area, severity, subject, and message. | To answer your request and follow up with you. |
| Technical data sent with a form | IP address, browser type (user agent), browser language, the page that referred you, the page address including any campaign (UTM) parameters, and how long the form was open. | To block automated and abusive submissions, apply rate limits, and understand which campaigns bring visitors to the Site. |
| Server logs | IP address, pages requested, date and time, and browser type, recorded by our web server for every visit. | To operate and secure the Site and investigate problems. |
The Site has no user accounts or passwords, takes no payments, does not collect precise (GPS) location, and does not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
- Send you the confirmation email and, once early access opens, the Trilivy.AI briefing you asked for.
- Tailor that briefing to the company context you chose to share.
- Answer support requests.
- Detect and block spam, bots, and other abuse of our forms.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information on these bases: consent (you ask to join the early-access list and confirm your email; you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing), steps at your request (answering a support request you send us), legitimate interests (keeping the Site and its forms secure and free of abuse), and legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, which runs the servers the Site and its database are on; and Twilio SendGrid, which delivers our emails. Open and click tracking are switched off for our confirmation emails.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Trilivy.AI.
- Business transfers, if Trilivy.AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.
We require every service provider that receives personal information to protect it at least as well as this policy describes and to use it only to provide its service to us.
5. Cookies, tracking & advertising
The Site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not show third-party advertising. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Google’s handling of that data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
6. Data retention
We keep your early-access sign-up until you unsubscribe or until we no longer need it for the early-access program. Support requests are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up. Records of form submissions kept to protect the Site against abuse are kept only as long as they are useful for that purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Unsubscribing & data deletion
You are in control of your data:
- Unsubscribe page: enter your email on our unsubscribe page and we immediately remove your address and the sign-up details stored with it from the early-access list.
- By email: write to trilivy@outlook.com and ask us to delete any information we hold about you.
We will complete email requests within 30 days, except for information we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
One-step unsubscribe
Leaving the early-access list takes one step on the unsubscribe page. No account and no email to us needed.
Questions about your data? Email trilivy@outlook.com.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at trilivy@outlook.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. The Site is served only over HTTPS/TLS, our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to the database is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities.
10. International data transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, where data-protection laws may differ. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
